You can connect stock accounts from DB Securities, Korea Investment & Securities, and Toss Securities, and crypto accounts from Binance, OKX, and Bitget. Automated strategies are not yet available for Toss Securities accounts.

Backtest passes and Q credits are entirely separate products. Passes are not included in plans, and new purchases are closed. Existing passes remain usable until they expire.

Credits are used when Quantus Q carries out your requests, from finding stocks and setting conditions to placing orders. Your plan includes monthly credits. See the credit usage table for the cost of each analysis.

Yes. To prevent credits being used all at once, daily usage is limited to 20% of the monthly allocation. Basic 100, Pro 500 and Premium 1,400; Free has no daily limit. Once the daily limit is reached, new requests cannot start that day; requests already in progress continue. If you use both stock and crypto plans, monthly credits and the limit are combined.

This is the number of strategies you can run at once in the same account. Pro includes 2 and Premium 3. This is supported for stocks only.

A card payment starts the new tier as soon as you pay. A bank transfer or mileage starts it when you press “Start using”. The remaining time on your current pass is added to the new pass, and the expiry date is the same. You don't lose time you've already paid for.

Please contact customer support. You cannot switch directly on this screen. Bank deposits, event discounts and package purchases may require checking the amount actually paid. After checking, we calculate the remaining value and quote the difference. If you do not switch, your existing pass remains valid until expiry.

No. Monthly credits expire each month. Upgrading removes the previous tier’s base credits and grants the new tier’s credits. Credits purchased separately remain.

Passes cannot be downgraded during their term. Buy your preferred tier after expiry. Stock and crypto passes cannot be converted into one another and must be purchased separately.

• Credit top-ups cost ₩10,000, ₩30,000, ₩50,000 or ₩100,000, with 1,000 credits per ₩10,000. The last two add 5% and 10% respectively.
• Each general analysis costs 20 credits. Deep research is coming soon. Costs may change as the service improves.
• Credits and mileage cannot be transferred, sold or gifted between accounts and may be recovered following misuse.
• Mileage is only for Quantus digital products and services. Closing your account immediately forfeits any balance without restoration.
• Larger mileage top-ups of ₩300,000 and ₩500,000 follow the same terms. Check the amount before paying.
• Backtest passes are separate from credits and not included in plans. New sales are closed; existing passes remain usable until they expire.
• Signing up gives free access to the full Signal board, heatmap and stock details. The screener is limited to 3 daily runs, the top 50 rows and 3 saved items.
